Welcome to MyTripCrew. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as specified at the time of booking.
- Full payment should be made before the commencement of the journey.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in fuel costs, taxes, or hotel tariffs.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or message.
- Cancellation charges may apply as per the package policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.
- No refunds will be given for unused services, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows.
3. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Guests must carry valid travel documents (ID proof, tickets, permits, etc.) during the trip.
- MyTripCrew is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
4. Accommodation & Transport
- Accommodation will be provided as per the package booked (deluxe hotel, cottage, resort, etc.).
- Transport facilities are arranged through reliable partners, and vehicles are allocated as per group size and package.
5. Liability
- MyTripCrew acts only as a tour operator and is not liable for personal loss, injury, accident, theft, or damage during the trip.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance.
6. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect local culture, environment, and fellow travelers.
- Any unlawful activity or misconduct may lead to termination of services without a refund.
7. Amendments
- MyTripCrew reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
