  • A booking is considered confirmed only after an advance payment has been received.
  • Final payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

2. Cancellation & Refund

  • Refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (deductions may apply).
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.

3. Travel Documents

  • For international travelers, valid passport and visa are mandatory.

4. Transportation

  • Vehicles are allocated based on package type and group size.

  • MyTripCrew is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during the trip.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Misbehavior, illegal activities, or damage to property may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Company Rights

  • MyTripCrew reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
  • Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible, but no liability will be accepted for delays or changes beyond our control.
